
Brad Blake graduated from the University of Virginia Law School and served as a prosecutor for more than four years. As a prosecutor, he tried more than 40 jury trials and 25 bench trials in the City of St. Louis. He has authored articles about risk management issues, expert witnesses, deposition practice, and liability for violent crimes at healthcare facilities. Since forming his own law firm with Brian in 1999, he has represented victims of truck accidents, medical malpractice, violent crimes, nursing home abuse and other serious injuries. Brad Blake has tried catastrophic injury cases. He has attended legal training to help preserve and defend religious liberties, and he has provided legal assistance to student groups in public schools. In 1999, Mr. Blake joined Mr. Fellows and began the Fellows & Blake law firm.
