Brian Fellows, Attorney

Brian Fellows graduated from Washington University Law School in 1988.  Mr. Fellows began his legal career serving as an Assistant Circuit Attorney (State Prosecutor) in St. Louis, Missouri, where he tried more than 50 jury trials.  In 1993, Brian Fellows went to work at one of St Louis’ most prominent civil defense firms where he learned to defend healthcare providers, car and truck accident insured drivers, property owners, and product manufacturers.  In 1997, Brian Fellows opened his law firm exclusively representing plaintiffs of personal injuries and families of wrongful death victims.  Learn more about Brian.

Brad Blake, Attorney

Brad Blake graduated from the University of Virginia Law School and served as a prosecutor for more than four years. As a prosecutor, he tried more than 40 jury trials and 25 bench trials in the City of St. Louis.  He has authored articles about risk management issues, expert witnesses, deposition practice, and liability for violent crimes at healthcare facilities. Since forming his own law firm with Brian in 1999, he has represented victims of truck accidents, medical malpractice, violent crimes, nursing home abuse and other serious injuries. Brad Blake has tried catastrophic injury cases. He has attended legal training to help preserve and defend religious liberties, and he has provided legal assistance to student groups in public schools.  In 1999, Mr. Blake joined Mr. Fellows and began the Fellows & Blake law firm. Sarah Ungerer, Legal Assistant

Sarah Ungerer joined Fellows and Blake in 2006, and she graduated from Maryville University with a paralegal degree in 2009. She has met so many great clients while working at Fellows & Blake and enjoys getting to know the firm’s clients and watching their progress and recovery after a serious injury or loss.  Knowing that she was able to assist someone or make their life a little easier during a difficult time is what she finds most rewarding.
